10 tips for a healthy | 10 Basic Health Habits

1. Three healthy meals per day with regular intervals and just one or two small , non-sugary snacks.

2. Eat breakfast every day.

3. You should get enough sleep (about 7 hours each night).

4. Do not smoke, and if you try, you should stop.

5. Drink alcohol in moderation when you can. (There are other ways to decrease the risk of getting sick.)

6. Maintain a balanced and healthy body weight.

7. Regularly exercise, at least 30-minutes of light activity on all days.

8. Take a multi-vitamin daily.

9. Find your spirituality. (i.e. Pray & meditate each day.)

10. Maintain healthy relationships & social involvements.


Take note of the things you’re doing right now and then congratulate yourself! Take a look at what you’re doing well and select one to work on.
